Refund policy

 

due to the nature of our business, once an order has been placed and paid for, we cannot offer refunds. we use the best equipment and materials to ensure that your film is developed to the highest standard, and we take great care in handling all film that comes through our lab, and pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our commitment to providing high-quality results. 

again, all items/services purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or refunds for ANY these items. this includes film development, physical products, etc.

we do NOT offer full refunds for user error, meaning that if your results come out blank/underexposed/contains light leaks we will NOT process a full refund. we will only charge you for the cost of developing, and refund the scan portion in store credit. 

we will not issue refunds if you do not download your scans before the Wetransfer link expires, regardless of the cause. 

this policy applies to ALL sales, meaning site-wide or product-specific flash sales, items purchased using sale codes, and items purchased WITHOUT codes. thank you for understanding this policy. by payment of invoice you acknowledge you have read, understand and agree to this refund policy.
