Terms of service

by using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

you will not send in damaged film for us to process. this consists of film with broken perforations, souped film, as well as ECN-2 film... if this film is processed by us, it runs the risk of damaging our equipment and other customers' orders.

 an invoice of $20 WILL be sent to you if this is done, and your scans will be on hold until it is paid.  if we suspect that your film is damaged before it is processed, we will return the roll back to you and refund you for the cost, excluding shipping. we are not obligated to develop or scan any damaged film.

harvey film lab will take precautions for the well-being of your film; unfortunately, errors can and may occur, as we are only human. our liability in regard to lost or damaged negatives or film are strictly limited to processing cost. we are not liable for the cost of retaking or reshooting the material contained in such film. no express or implied warranty is provided.

harvey film lab is also not liable for any loss or damages for any shipments of products and/or packages while in transit to its location. by payment of invoice you acknowledge you have read, understand and agree to all terms of service listed above.
